British Pig Executive Awards 2011 ..
100 out of 100 for our traditional pork sausages! Making them Champion of All Sausages in a British Pig Executive contest. Nice one Daniel! .. plus a gold award for his dry-cured middle bacon, and silver for his dry-cured back bacon and dry-cured streaky bacon.. Our own Dean Laverack also won a gold award for his mustard sausage!

This is a local newspaper competition, where customers are invited to vote for their favourite butcher.. Every year the competition ran, our customers voted us No 1 - all but one year where we were narrowly beaten into 2nd place!
