Wilkinson Butchers are a traditional family butchers, established in 1954 by Bernard Wilkinson, and now run by his son Trevor and his wife Janet - with the help of their son Daniel and a great, loyal team of staff.

Over the years many things have changed in the food trade, fashions come and go, but one thing has stayed the same in our business, and that's Bernard's ethos:

And one unhappy customer is one too many.

Trevor joined the business in 1978 after taking a business studies and Meat Technology course at Thomas Danby College, Leeds; he also worked in the shop with his dad from a very early age.

Daniel joined his dad Trevor in the business in 1996, and his passion is to create the best sausage ever. Wilkinson butchers has won many awards over the years, and since Daniel joined the business, he keeps filling the trophy cabinet, the awards keep coming.
